- Take 5 deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on breathing in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 6.
- Notice your feet and how they are grounded to the floor or your backside connected to where you are sitting.
- Make a decision to reach out to either a support person you trust or your therapist to set up an appointment.

- If one of the people above does not answer, call the next until you reach someone you can share your experience with.
- Make a decision to follow the advice that is given to you.
- If what you are experiencing does not let up; repeat above steps or call 911
